Frank Foster is a Republican politician from the U.S. state of Michigan. He is currently a member of the Michigan House of Representatives, representing the 107th District which covers Chippewa, Emmet and Mackinac counties, as well as Koehler and Tuscarora townships in Cheboygan County. Foster was elected in 2010 and is currently serving his first term as a State Representative.[1]
Representative Foster earned a bachelors degree in business and finance from Grand Valley State University.[1][2]
